Rooted in the heartland of South Central Nebraska and grounded in strong values, I bring a strategic and relationship-driven approach to my role with Fusion. With a deep passion for building partnerships, solving staffing issues, and high-performing team collaboration, I appreciate the diverse opportunities that each day brings.

A dedicated connector at heart, I serve as the strategic leader between our Business Development team, healthcare facility partners, and our supplier partners. My focus is on building lasting relationships that go beyond implementation – understanding each partners challenges while advocating for their needs and goals.

Outside of the office, my greatest joy is time spent with my family and friends. Alongside my husband, Scott with our three children, we stay active and connected on our family crop farm. Whether traveling, biking the local Nebraska trails, playing tennis, or cheering from the sidelines at a sporting event, I embrace an energetic and community-centered lifestyle.
