Meet Brandon

I serve as Division Manager of Business Development, where I focus on building meaningful partnerships between Fusion and our clients and developing a high-performing Business Development team within the healthcare staffing industry. I began my career at Fusion in 2017 as a Therapy Account Manager, gaining firsthand experience in client and traveler relationships. In 2020, I started as one of the founding members the Business Development team with a strong emphasis on collaboration, trust, and long-term relationship strategy with our healthcare partners. After stepping into the Department Manager role in 2022, I have led initiatives centered on strengthening client partnerships, mentoring team members, and creating a culture rooted in accountability and transparency. I believe partnerships are rooted in meaningful relationships, both internally and externally. By prioritizing clear communication, transparency, and a solutions-oriented mindset, our team works to create partnerships that extend beyond transactions and drive lasting value.
