Why I love to work with clients
I like working with clients because healthcare is deeply personal and operationally complex — and meaningful progress happens through strong, trusted relationships. Every organization faces unique workforce pressures, and I value the opportunity to listen, understand those challenges firsthand, and bring thoughtful, dependable solutions to the table. For me, it’s not about filling a position — it’s about earning trust. I enjoy becoming a reliable resource that clients can call when they need clarity, speed, or strategic guidance. There’s something incredibly rewarding about knowing that the support we provide helps stabilize teams, protect patient care, and reduce stress for leadership. I also appreciate the long-term nature of these relationships. The best partnerships aren’t transactional; they’re built on transparency, communication, and shared accountability. Being viewed not as a vendor, but as an extension of a healthcare organization’s team, is what motivates me most.

When I am not working, I like to…
Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, I’ve always appreciated experiencing all four seasons and spending time outdoors — especially relaxing around the fire pit with family and friends. When I’m not working, my greatest joy is spending time with my beautiful wife of nearly 17 years and our three incredible sons. As a family, we love going to the movies, traveling whenever we can, and especially anything Disney — those trips create some of our favorite memories. In my free time, I help coach my youngest son’s baseball team, which is both a privilege and a lot of fun. I’m also a big animal lover — with three dogs and three cats, our home is always lively, full of energy, and never boring!
