Meet Jen

My journey into staffing started on the compliance side, where I learned just how important the behind-the-scenes details are in healthcare. From there, I had the opportunity to work closely with LTC client managers, gaining a deeper understanding of the real challenges facilities face. Those experiences shaped how I show up now which is proactive, detail-oriented, and always thinking a few steps ahead for my clients.

For me, it’s never about just filling a shift. It’s about finding the right person, someone who brings skill, compassion, and heart to the residents they serve. The people in those facilities deserve more than just a body in scrubs; they deserve caregivers who truly care.

My “why” is simple: I believe great care starts with great people. When I connect a facility with a clinician who shows up ready to make a difference, that ripple effect touches residents, families, and entire teams.

Clients can expect me to be responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I take my work seriously but I also believe partnerships should feel supportive, collaborative, and even a little fun along the way.
