Hello there, my name is Jess, I am an Accounts receivable team lead with Fusion Workforce Solutions. I have been with Fusion for 6 years. I have a passion for driving operational efficiency through strategic implementations and process enhancements. By identifying process gaps, I aim to enhance both internal efficiency and client experience. I’m continuously working with our clients, developers, and our operations team to enhance and improve our one-stop, self-service portal.
