Hi, I’m Kayleigh! I’ve always been motivated by the idea that the work behind the scenes can make a real difference in patient care. I bring more than eight years of experience in healthcare staffing compliance, with most of my career spent at Fusion, where I have helped build and support strong, reliable compliance programs. I am deeply focused on regulatory compliance and risk management and take pride in ensuring every candidate we send to our client is thoroughly and properly vetted. Patient safety is always my top priority and serves as the foundation for every decision I make.

In a constantly evolving healthcare and regulatory industry, I am focused on continuous process and policy improvement, identifying opportunities to strengthen workflows, increasing efficiency, and mitigating risk.
