With over 12 years of experience, my passion in healthcare staffing comes from helping organizations solve one of their biggest challenges—finding and retaining the right people. I believe that when healthcare facilities are fully staffed with skilled professionals, patients receive better care and teams can operate at their highest level.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building strong relationships with healthcare organizations and understanding the unique staffing challenges they face.
