Meet Rocky

This work is personal to me. I was there when both of my grandparents passed, and I’ll never forget the caregivers who stood beside our family. They weren’t just doing a job, they were present and compassionate. I still remember a few tearing up right alongside with us. Those moments stuck with me and that experience led me into this field and why I do what I do. Whether it’s helping a skilled nursing facility during someone’s final chapter or supporting a hospital that just needs coverage for a stretch, it all impacts real people and real families. I’ve always wanted my work to serve others in some way. I may play a small role, but I’m proud to support the teams who show up every day to care for our communities. It’s about making sure the right people are there when it matters most.
