Meet Sarah

Since August 2022, I’ve been an Account Manager at Fusion Workforce Solutions, and have assisted some of our larger partners and health systems to support their workforce needs. I enjoy building strong, lasting relationships and helping clients find solutions in an ever-changing healthcare environment. Before joining Fusion, I spent five years in Omaha working in long-term care and assisted living sales and admissions. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the day-to-day challenges healthcare teams face and shaped the way I approach my work today. My goal is simple: to be someone my clients can count on. I’m here to listen, collaborate, and help problem-solve — whether that means planning ahead or tackling something unexpected. I strive to be approachable, responsive, and creative in finding solutions that truly support the people and organizations I work with.
